There are 12 modules plus a comprehensive library of bonus training and masterclass to help you learn the confidence and skills to transform your relationship to food and your body: stop overeating, binging and emotional eating and gain back your confidence.

LESSON 1: LAYING THE FOUNDATION

Every permanent transformation is built on a strong foundation. In this module, you will learn which mindset shifts are necessary to overcome self-sabotage and how to implement them in your life.

In this lesson, you will learn how self-sabotage is created in your mind so that you know why Going Beyond the Food is necessary to permanent transformation. Buying into the process via education and knowledge is key for your success.

LESSON 2: GOAL SETTING LIKE NEVER BEFORE

We continue laying the strong foundation with this lesson. In the first part of this lesson, we will explore the first step in the process of setting goals which is often forgotten: Intention Setting. Your intention is the glasses through which you will see your journey.

Then, we will learn a new strategy to set your personal goals working from the inside out. This revolutionary way to get focus will change the way you will relate to goals forever.

LESSON 3: INTEGRATING YOUR STORY

In this lesson, you will look back at your personal journey with food and weight. Your experience and stories impacted your beliefs and how you relate to food and weight today.

In your story resides your ability to understand your patterns and find the solutions that will allow you to overcome your present situation. In this lesson, you will learn a new method to gain perspective on your unique self-sabotaging patterns.

LESSON 4: REWIRING YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND

Neuroplasticity is the ability of our mind and brain to change and be transformed. In this module, you’ll learn a technique that will allow you to reprogram your learned behaviors and how you interact with food.

You’ll also learn how to reconnect with your body and its sensations to begin the process of feeling your hunger and fullness so that we can later move to intuitive eating. You’ll learn to connect with your whole self once again.

The current focus of weight loss industry including most diet programs are on your physical body via fitness and food. With this approach, we are missing 3 out of the 4 parts of the human being: The mental, emotional and spiritual body.

In this lesson, you will learn who you truly are with your 4 bodies and how to bring focus to each part of you. We will assess the balance of each body and design an individual plan for your unique you.

LESSON 6: RIDING THE WAVE OF YOUR EMOTIONS

Just as ocean changes so do our emotions. Just like a wave, our emotions can be calm and serene and the next moment, rocky and angry. In this module, you’ll learn the purpose of our emotions and how they are created in our mind.

We’ll also teach how to ride the wave of your emotions so that you no longer need coping mechanisms such as food. Once you know how to ride the waves, you’ll be able to listen to the message your emotions carry for you.

In this lesson, you’ll learn the concept of self-acceptance that is the launching point to start being self-compassionate. This is where we integrate self-love… the right way that will actually work. Body neutrality is how we will integrate this very important lesson.

LESSON 8: VISUALIZING & MANIFESTING YOUR HOPES

Positivity and optimism are essential to aspire and fuel your transformation. It’s like wearing a new pair of glasses to view life.

In this lesson, you’ll learn how you can use hope and dream to fuel your day to day motivation level. You will also create the “movie” for your future life and learn The Going Beyond The Food method to bring your “movie” to reality.

LESSON 8: VISUALIZING & MANIFESTING YOUR HOPES

In this lesson, you’ll learn how to practice mindfulness in all parts of your life including food. You’ll develop your relationship with appetite and fullness in a new perspective.

LESSON 10: NURTURING PLEASURE BEYOND FOOD

Pleasure is at the center of most human decisions. We are here on this planet to be happy after all. In this lesson, you will learn the role of pleasure and rewards in your life and how you can overcome “pleasure addiction”.

We will also learn how to rewire our current pleasure habits to a new one and that will help you move forward towards your goals.

LESSON 10: NURTURING PLEASURE BEYOND FOOD

We are born knowing what is best for us. It’s inside of you right now. Overtime of not listening, we have tuned down the signal from our intuition. In this lesson, you’ll learn how to rekindle your relationship to your intuition and how it can direct your decisions.

You’ll also learn the principle of Intuitive Eating in the Going Beyond the Food framework that will lead you eating with respect and freedom.

LESSON 12: YOUR JOURNEY TOWARDS YOUR GOALS

Integration is putting together all the parts to form a whole and second nature. In this lesson, you’ll learn how to move towards your goals with all the new skills you have learned easily. You’ll also learn how to navigate the ups and downs of life with a new perspective.
