I’ve worked with thousands of women to liberate themselves from body image struggles, accept their body and feel confident.

What I find most often is women wasting time and resources centering body positivity & body love as the solution.

But they spend no time addressing what really creates acceptance and confidence in themselves and their body. Leading them to feeling better for a while and inevitably going to back to thinking they need to lose weight to solve this “once and for all”.
