Here’s what I’ll cover:

  • Why you eat. How to know and act upon physical hunger and deal with emotional hunger in other ways.
  • Emotional eating solution that doesn’t include restriction, willpower or diet. Eat when hungry.
  • Stop eating when full is possible with the tool I’m going to teach you. Conscious eating is the only solution that’ll allow you to eat when hungry and stop when full.
  • Hating your body drives emotional eating so we need to get over that belief. Body Image solution is included.
  • Perfection, the all-or-nothing mindset is your biggest enemy. Being aware of it is 50% of the healing. Will teach you how to think differently for the last 50%.
  • Fear of failure is real but doesn’t have to be. What if failing was ok?
