DAY 1

How to change eating, health and really any habits by going beyond the actual behavior.

Monday May 15th 12:30- 1:30 EST

Learn why the problem was never food and actually telling people what to do is causing harm. On Day 1 you’ll exactly how to coach yourself and others into changing behaviors using our 3 steps coaching model.

DAY 2

How to change the way we think about human bodies so that we create peace and acceptance.

Tuesday May 16th 12:30- 1:30 EST

Learn why the problem is not the layer of fat on the bodies but instead the thought we have about the layer of fat. On Day 2 you’ll learn exactly how to understand beliefs systems and how to create safety to alter them using our weight peace protocol.

DAY 3

How to create safe goal and coach the mindset & emotions in the pursuit of the goal.

Wednesday May 17th 12:30- 1:30 EST

Learn why we need to reinvent why and how we create goal in order to create sustainable and permanent success with ourselves and clients . On Day 3 you’ll learn how to use our Clean Goals protocol and our most powerful framework Riding The Wave. 

DAY 4

How to trust yourself and create a business in alignment with your personal values easefully.

When and where will training take place?

Within 15 minutes of registering to the Going Beyond The Food Challenge, you’ll receive an email with a confirmation of registration and instructions to access the Live Training on May 15-18  from 12:30 pm EST / 9:30 am PST.

We will send you a reminder email a few days before the event with everything you need to be ready.

All training for the Going Beyond The Food Challenge will be virtual via the Zoom platform and links will be provided in our email communication.

Recordings for the Going Beyond The Food Challenge will be available within 2 hrs of the session ending via your private student web page which will be available until June 1st, 2023.

Who is this training for?

The Going Beyond The Food Challenge is training is for everyone self-identified as women. For personal interest or professional interest.

If you are in a position of  influence, lead or coach other self-identified women on topics of confidence, food, health or body image this is 100% for you.

How long are the training sessions?

The daily live training for the Going Beyond The Food Challenge with Stephanie are 1 hr long.

This is perfect for you. The Going Beyond The Food Challenge live training is what you need. Coaching is most likely the missing element.

Remember you do not need to be perfect to help others… only a few steps ahead.
