Chai Hot Beverage
Warm hot drink loaded with nutritional spices like cinnamon, ginger, black pepper and cardomom.
Ingredients
- Chai spice blend
- 2 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- Beverage
- 2 cups of your brewed favourite beverage ( black tea, coffee or herb blend coffee replacement blend)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Great Lake hydrosolate gelatine (optional)
- 1 full tsp Chai Spice blend
- 1 tbsp. grass fee butter or 1/4 cup coconut milk, almond milk
- dash of sea salt
Instructions
- Mix all spice together in a small hermetic container. Keep in a hermetic container. Should be enough for at least 8 recipes.
- Prepare you beverage as normal and place in a high speed blender. Add all other ingredients and blend for 1 minute.
- Enjoy!
