I have been on a major homemade popsicle kick lately. I’ve just come up with a healthy chocolate popsicle recipe that I’m going to share with you today. I have seriously been thinking of popsicle flavors at the most random of times probably because I have been surrounded by my nieces and nephews. Like the ladies in my free and private community can share with you, kids can do that to you! The idea for these came to me when I threw together a quick batch of my avocado Keto Tiramisu Popsicles the other day.
In my online seminar – Mind and Body Weight Loss – I talk about how we need to find a nutritional lifestyle that is sustainable for the rest of our lives. We can’t think that we will never have “popsicles” ever again as we know this is not true. What we need is to find a way to have popsicles without all the negative side effects that commercial ones have.
This healthy chocolate popsicle recipe is sugar free, dairy free, gluten free and chemical free and the best ever chocolate fudgy type popsicle! If you need more snack recipes for the kids, check my snacks and lunches digital booklet.
