10 drops of glycerinate stevia + 1/4 powdered erythritol or 3 tbsp. raw honey
1 cup full fat coconut milk
1/4 cup raw unsweetened cacao powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch sea salt
2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
10 drops of glycerinate stevia + 1/4 powdered or 3 tbsp. raw honey (low carb version)
In a blender, combine the ingredients for the coffee layer. Blend until smooth. Remove from blender and set aside.
Clean blender and combine the ingredients for the chocolate layer. Blend until smooth. Remove from blender and set aside.
Pour a bit of coffee layer mixture into the popsicle mold. Divide equally. Freeze for 15 minutes until set. Pour the chocolate layer mixture and freeze for 20 minutes until set. Repeat pouring the coffee layer until the molds are full.
Freeze for 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
PS: For family friendly recipe be sure to use decaf coffee.
