Real stuff: By the age of 35, I had achieved what no one else thought possible in my professional career and from the outside, I had it all, but inside, it was an entirely different story. I felt inadequate, not good enough and in constant fear of being discovered for who I really was.
I used food to cope with the duality inside of me and the constant anxiety. One day as I was getting up on stage to speak, I collapsed, rushed to the hospital, diagnosed with many chronic diseases, depression, anxiety and severe panic attacks… In my search for a solution, I had an awakening… I ditched my career, went back to school and now I’m here inspiring and teaching women.
