The main ingredient in this Golden Milk recipe is turmeric. Ingredients
  1. 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
  2. 1 cup of filtered water
  3. 1.5 tbsp. organic Turmeric
  4. 1/4 tsp. black cracked pepper
  5. 1 tbsp. coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Bring the water & almond milk to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat to allow for a simmer.
  3. Add the turmeric, coconut oil and black pepper and mix well, using a whisk to ensure no lumps form.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
