The Perfect Burger

A great burger to throw on the grill and enjoy whenever and wherever the BBQ takes you!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pasture raised eggs
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • 2 garlic glove, grated
  • 4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 lb grass fed ground beef
  • 6 Portobello mushroom

Garnishes

  • The Perfect Guacamole (recipe to follow)
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Let your imagination go wild…

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Greased the grill with avocado oil.
  2. In bowl, beat egg and water with fork
  3. Add in onion, garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix in beef well with your hand for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Shape into four 1/2-inch thick patties.Use your thumb to make an indentation in the center of each burger. Set aside.
  6. Place patties on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and cook for 3-4 minutes, turning patties once for about another 3-4 minutes. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
  7. While the burger are resting place the portobello mushroom on the grill, face down and grill for 5 minutes or until the mushroom become soft. Remove and let sit.
  8. To assemble place each burger on a portobello mushroom face down on a plate. Add the garnishings of choice.
  9. Enjoy!
