I acknowledge and accept that diets do not work. With a 95% failure rate with the most predictable outcomes of weight gain, emotional distress, and disordered eating I chose instead to go back to my roots and engage in intuitive eating. 

I will aim to be neutral with my body. I am worthy today as I’m right now unconditionally. The expression of my worth in the world isn’t directed by my physical body but instead by the quality of a person I am and how I chose to live my life. 

I will strive to cultivate a relationship of trust and respect with my body while listening and nurturing my body’s innate wisdom. My health is not the outcome of my physical body weight but by how I care for myself through an empowering mindset, emotional wellness, joyful movement, and adequate nourishment.
