Reformed dieter. Activist. Nutritionist. 

Years ago, after a 25-year-long dieting career, I realised that my diet had become so complex and restrictive that it was no longer sustainable – but I was afraid to give it up. I worried that I would see myself as a “failure” if the diets didn’t work and that my friends, family, and clients would think the same. I was tired of trying to lose weight and exhausted by the prospect of regaining it all for the tenth time. 

My turning point came in the form of a book called “Health at Every Size”. Although I was initially reluctant to accept the anti-diet message, a final stint of weight gain (despite obsessive dieting and restrictions) convinced me that something had to give. I read the book cover-to-cover and pieced together my own solution – one that was all about creating confidence, peace, and liberation among women – and now, I’m here to share it with you.

Professional Bio:

Stephanie Dodier is a Clinical Nutritionist, an Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and the host of The Beyond the Food Show whose integrative and comprehensive approach helps women take their lives back from diet culture. Confident includes 8 lessons that teach everything you need to develop an empowering inner dialogue. This course will take you from being the victim of the “mean girl voices” to being the boss of you and your mind. Your thinking is the key to getting anything you want in life because everything starts in your mind. By changing your thoughts, you can change your life.

MODULE 02 | PEACEFUL

THE INTUITIVE EATING MODULE

Learn how to make friends with food and eat in a way that feels right to you. 

Peaceful includes 6 lessons that teach you how to reconnect with your innate ability to feed yourself. Obsessing over food is no way to live, and intuitive eating is the antidote. You will learn to make peace with food, ditch external rules around food and eating in favor of your innate wisdom, and give your body the respect and care it deserves.

THE BODY IMAGE MODULE

Learn how to change the way you see your body and choose liberation over “love”. 

Liberated includes 7 lessons that are geared towards making peace with your body image while becoming body neutral. Your body is not a problem to solve, and you don’t have to love your body in order to live a bigger, bolder life – because you are so much more than that. What happens when I enroll?

Within 15 minutes you’ll receive an email with your course access ID and password. Once you log into the website, you’ll be directed to an onboarding process that will give you instructions to access private community, podcast, on-demand coaching, live coaching call, and the first module videos and workbook.

How does the membership work?

Undiet Your Life  is a subscription service that offers monthly subscriptions or annual subscriptions. As long as you’re a member, you will have access to all workshops, coaching and other benefits.

For monthly subscriptions, you will be billed every 30 days. For annual subscriptions, you will be billed again every 365 days. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date with a 2 days notice. You will continue to have access until the end of your billing cycle. Once you cancel you lose access to the membership

How and when is the course content delivered?

Everything is online — we host women from all over the world. We host the membership site and student portal on our private website and the community via a private Facebook group. All bonus classes will be accessible upon completion of the first module.

How much time is involved?

The wonderful thing is that as long as you are a member, you will have ongoing access. So you can spend as little or as much time as you need.All classes are pre-recorded and available on demands.

The coaching calls are scheduled and recorded, so you can make room in your calendar for those in advance, but recordings are always available for you to watch at your convenience. On demand coaching is available via email within 48 hrs.

What makes this course different from all of the other health and self-acceptance programs out there?

I have decades of experience in coaching and over 6 years specializing in the non-diet approach to health.  I think what’s most impactful for my students is that  I have been where they are. My first diet was at 12 and last one at 39 so I know how it feels and what is needed.

As a result we are the only program that combines mindset and life coaching with the non-diet approach to food and body image. Our program is the full package. We focus on mindset & beliefs a lot because that is where patriarchy and diet culture keeps you stuck.

Until now there has been no program that helps you in these 3 areas.

Do you offer refunds?

We don’t offer refunds, but once you’ve seen what’s on offer in the first module, you won’t want one!

Should I join if I want to lose weight?

Let’s be 100% clear; we are anti-diet professionals. Our programs, community and communication are 100% diet culture-free. We do not tolerate any discussions that refer to weight loss, dieting or any form of discrimination (because hell yes, diet culture is an oppressive system!). We are here to help our students adopt and improve healthy practices, not lose weight – so if you are not ready to quit dieting or chasing weight loss, this program is not for you.

Participating in the Undiet Your Life program was the wake-up call I needed to start a different trajectory in life.

As a 40 year old woman, I realised through this program that I have been continually dieting and operating within a restricting/binging cycle since age 7.
