FAQ
Did you move program/ course platforms? Will I lose my course? The old student platform is gone. How do I log in now?
A:Yes. We have moved our programs and courses to a new learning portal on Kajabi.
You will not lose your course, program or access to coaching but you do need to create your new Kajabi login to keep accessing it.
To do that:
- Open the email from Stephanie with the subject:
- “Important: Your course access ends March 15” or
- “[Final notice] Your access ends March 15”
- Click the button in that email (for example: “Create my login now” or “Secure my access”).
- Follow the on‑screen steps to create or reset your password, using the same email address you use with us.
If you can’t find the email, you can also go directly to our new login page: https://program.stephaniedodier.com/login and click “Forgot password?” with the email address you use with us.
Once this one‑time step is done, your programs will be waiting for you in Kajabi.
If you’re stuck at any step, email us at [email protected] with:
- The email address you’re using to log in
- A brief description of what’s happening (a screenshot helps)
We typically respond within [your response time] and will help you get into your course.
I created my login on the new platform but don’t see my course.
A: If you’re logged in and don’t see your course or program:
- Confirm you’re using the same email address you used when you purchased.
- Check your dashboard for tiles with your program name (for example, “Body Image Coaching Mentorship”).
If it’s still missing, contact us and include:
- Your full name
- The email address you’re logging in with
- The course name
We’ll check your account and restore your access if needed.
DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS
I ordered one of your product(s) but haven’t received it ?
Thank you for purchasing one of our product. As mention in our terms and conditions all of our product are digital aka electronic.
Delivery of all of our digital product should be received within five minutes of placing order. This is an automated process and should function efficiently 24 hours a day. If you do not see an email with a confirmation and link to download your product, please do the following:
- Confirm that payment went through.
- Confirm that you entered the correct email address.
- Confirm that the document did not go to any other folders, such as junk/trash.

All orders will have a receipt number. If you are not sure whether a purchase went through, email [email protected] and someone will look into the matter and get back to you within two business days.
I’m having difficulty accessing my downloadable purchase, what can I do?
Please forward your confirmation of purchase email to [email protected] with details of how you are accessing the downloadable purchase such as the type of device you are using (PC/Mac/iPad etc). A member of the Stephanie Dodier support team will be in touch within two business day.
What is your refund policy?
Your purchase of a product or service or ticket to an event may or may not provide for any refund. Each specific product, service, event or course will specify its own refund policy.

The videos don’t seem to be working properly.
Different browsers and devices handle playback differently and various browser add-ons and plugins may affect playback.
If the video isn’t loading, please check your internet connection and try again by refreshing your browser.

I can’t seem to save my files. What should I do?
You should see where you have downloaded them to. By clicking the links to download your files, they land on your computer and you should be able to find them where your other download go, open them up and save them to a safe place like an external hard drive, USB key or CD. Note that iPod and iPad do not allow you to save PDF downloads so even if you are so excited and you just bought them, wait until you get to a computer that will let you save the files.
When do my program e-mails begin?
If you’ve purchased an online program that has daily coaching e-mails, the first email will be send the next day after purchase at 6 am local time. You will be sent a welcome e-mail after confirmation, and the program e-mails will begin the next day.
If you do not see an email with a confirmation please do the following:
- Confirm that payment went through.
- Confirm that you entered the correct email address.
- Confirm that the document did not go to any other folders, such as junk/trash.
