Free Live Training October 30 @11:30 ET

In this free class you’ll learn how to:
1- Trace how diet culture emerged from patriarchy, white supremacy, and colonialism—and how these forces still shape women’s body image today
2- Understand how controlling women’s bodies has always been a tool of power, and what reclaiming that power looks like through health coaching.
3- Explore how feminist beliefs, body dissatisfaction, and eating behaviors intersect—and why addressing this is essential in health coaching.
4- Apply an intersectional lens to your work with clients
5- Identify the “Good Girl” conditioning that drives perfectionism and people-pleasing—and discover evidence-based coaching interventions to help clients reclaim autonomy and self-trust.
Meet Your Instructor

Hi, I’m Stephanie Dodier.
I’m a non-diet nutritionist, cognitive behavior coach, educator, and feminist business coach. I’ve spent the last decade helping women and health professionals ditch diet culture and confidently coach nutrition and health in a way that actually works.
Before that? I spent 25 years dieting chasing the thin ideal body. I like to say I have a PhD in diet culture.
Today, I founded the Non-Diet Coaching Certification, where I train health pros in the exact method you’ll preview in this class
