And without a plan, we panic, pivot, or go quiet.But that moment is an opportunity.
to go deeper.Most clients don’t want to do another restrictive diet. They want to arrive at a smaller body because they believe that’s where confidence, health, safety, or belonging will finally happen.

They need support, safety, and a framework that helps them unpack what they really want.👉 When a woman says she wants to lose weight, she’s often saying:
* “I want to feel safe.”
* “I want to feel accepted and fit in.”
* “I want more energy.”
* “I’m afraid of getting sick.”
* “I want to feel comfortable in my body.”They’re asking you to help them feel the way they think weight loss will make them feel.
