The second pic is me at 12 years old… A couple o The second pic is me at 12 years old… A couple of months ago later I was taken to my first weight watcher meeting.I remember stepping on the scale and being told I was a “bad girl.”

An older woman wagged her finger at me and said I should chew gum and drink water instead of eating so much.

In that moment, I learned my body was a problem.

That I wasn’t good enough.

And that lesson didn’t stay in that room.

It shaped how I thought about myself for 25 years.
It shaped my career.
It shaped how I tried to help others.

Until I finally unlearned it… I undieted my life.

And now… this little girl is the reason I do what I do today.

Because she deserved better.

And because our clients deserve better.This is what we’re revolutionizing.
