We opened the very first Groundwork session today, and what became clear almost immediately is this:

So many women are not stuck because they need more information.

They’re stuck because they’ve spent years trying to create change through pressure, control, and self-criticism.

Inside our first session, we talked about the difference between intellectualizing change and actually embodying it.

Knowing what to do is one thing.
Trusting yourself enough to do it is another.

We explored how many struggles with food, body image, movement, rest, and self-worth are often symptoms of something deeper:

✨feeling like you’re not enough

✨ trusting yourself

✨living in “I have to” instead of “I choose to”

✨trying to control yourself into peace

And the truth is… control rarely creates freedom.

We also talked about something I believe deeply:

💫Healing doesn’t happen because you found the perfect strategy.

It often happens because you entered the right room.
A room where you can be honest.
A room where shame softens.
A room where you stop performing wellness and start practicing self-trust.

That is what Groundwork is here to be.
