It’s a big shift in my mindset
Removing the restrictions has been helpful. It’s a big shift in my mindset after doing the Conquer Emotional Eating program. Labeling feelings has been crucial for me too. I find that I am feeling more in tune with my experiences and reactions to situations.

I’m so thankful to be going through the Conquer Emotional Eating program! Dots are connecting. The pleasure discussion being innate and how I am created is such a release! It isn’t being selfish or broken. It is simply how I am created. No judgment in pleasure seeking is a key thing I am just now getting. If we ignore the need for pleasure, then we are self-sabotaging, punishing ourselves, or putting others ahead of our basic needs.
For the first time in my life, I am free to enjoy life.
Each week of the Going Beyond the Food Academy has been like turning stones, discovering new parts of myself that have been hidden and suppressed by years of negative thinking, dieting, and self-judgment. To all the ladies around the world I need to tell you that Stephanie Dodier has saved my life. I watched her podcasts and Facebook and became part of her community but my life CHANGED when I hired Stephanie to be my clinical nutritionist.
We started with her giving me a web-based meeting and then sending me a letter to present to my Doctor for blood work. She also sent a Saliva test kit in the mail. My Dr would never have done these tests without the guidance of Stephanie and the results came in. I have an autoimmune disorder. I also have an excess amount of thyroid hormones in my system with is at this point looking like hyperthyroidism possible Graves’ disease. My ovaries are overproducing estrogen and under producing testosterone. I have way too much Cortisol to shake a stick at and you know what. “my body knew something was wrong”… Stephanie knew it too… but the medical system just never investigated far enough.

The one-on-one coaching with Stephanie moved me to the right direction
Before working one-on-one with Stephanie, I think I had less self-confidence and also not so much self-esteem and I was not sure about some stuff. My body was the same as now but I wasn't feeling as well in it. Actually, I lost some weight because I dropped the anxiety that losing weight is difficult.
You helped me to feel my intuition. You were authentic and I felt like your friend and that you care about me. You're kind, inspiring and your knowledge and experiences helped me to sort out some issues I was not sure about, that led me through massive transformation I made the next three month. You got me started with finding more techniques that work for me.
I am now more confident and I know I have a big background in the Academy and I can reach there anytime I need, I can inspire others and help my clients much better as I understand my inner world now more in-depth. Thanks once again.

Wow—the daily awareness journal in the Conquer Emotional Eating program has been an eye-opening experience. It has been an exercise in honesty for me. It has also highlighted a new skill: I’ve started sharing my feelings with my kids, which has decreased the urge to eat my emotions. This tool would make an awesome app for my phone!
