But I need to lose weight first before I can accept my body…

You can’t postpone body acceptance until after you’ve lost weight.  If loving care is not applied first to your body and health, there will be NO forward movement and certainly no sustainability in your new habits. You can’t care for something you don’t care about.

Body Acceptance doesn’t mean giving up. On the contrary by accepting what is, you’ll move in your day to day choices from love to fear. From a place of love, you’ll be able to care for your body and ultimatly with love and acceptance you be able to find and heal what is really holding you back.

You Can’t Hate Yourself To Health.

Isn’t Time You Just Live Your Life ?

My name is Stephanie Dodier. I’m a clinical nutritionist, emotional & intuitive eating expert, teacher, podcast host, and creator of the Going Beyond The Food Method, which was born from my own journey with weight loss, food and body image and has since grown into a global movement.

Our podcast and programs have reached over 325,000 women in over 87 countries and have been cited in Prevention magazine, Women’s Health, First for Women and in over 100 podcasts such as Wellness Mama, Healthful Pursuit and Medicine is Love.

My intention is also to inspire you to accept your body now so you can move from a place of love instead of fear. This will unlock your power!
