Diets are seductive and distractive.  For many of us, we’ve been lured into the world of diet in the pursuit of the unachievable body with the promise to get all we’ve ever wanted. Dieting is keeping us busy and helping us not consider and act upon the real challenges of our life. Each diet failure is further eroding the innate process of self-trust first starting with food and further expanding to other parts of our life.
