Stephanie Dodier is a Nutritionist, Emotional Eating Expert and host of The Beyond the Food Show. Stephanie’s integrative and comprehensive approach help women make peace with food and their body. Overcoming body image issues, overeating, binge & emotional eating Stephanie’s students, clients and patients find themselves free from diets, food obsession, and body shaming.

Through The Beyond the Food Show and her world-class online learning platform, the Going Beyond the Food Academy, and an audience in 92 countries, I help women like me take back control of their eating behaviors by finally making peace with food and their body. She is using a proprietary method the Going Beyond The Food Method™️

Stephanie is passionate about sharing her journey with other women while educating and empowering them to achieve the same results and that is why she founded the Going Beyond the Food Project, a yearly free online conference and the Going Beyond the Food Academy™️, an online platform to educate & support women in their journey towards making peace with food and their body.

The ͞Going Beyond the Food is a revolutionary movement that is geared towards changing the way women relate to food. It’s about ditching the diet mindset, transforming relationship to food to feel good for good.

Stephanie has been there, too and that’s how the Going Beyond the Food Movement was born. Her health journey began 6 years ago while working as a senior executive in a Fortune 500 corporation. After collapsing on stage, she was diagnosed with multiple chronic conditions and she went on a search to find a solution. She found her passion and redirected her natural leadership ability to inspire women to transform their relationship to food and ultimately themselves.
