In today’s episode, we’ll talk about stress eating in the time of uncertainty.

I keep thinking about a time in the future when we will be older, sitting on the porch rocking our chairs, recalling this time.

We will remember the time the Coronavirus came into our lives and made us go within.

We were isolated, became quiet.

That’s what happened to me.

I first made sure I was safe and that my loved ones were taken care of.

Then I asked myself…

How does Beyond The Food fit into this?
