Weight loss : Being philosophical
I have gained and lost more weight than I weight today…
I’m an expert at gaining and losing and after fearing to lose my life over the consequence of it I decided to go back to school and teach myself all I needed to know about the topic.
Guess what I have learned?
That what I had been taught about weight loss was all wrong… more than this even those who think they know it ALL are forgetting what is, in my opinion to be the most important element…
