When a client wants to lose weight, do you know how to coach them? A lot of non-diet coaches are struggling to coach their clients through their desire to lose weight. You too?

The #1 reason you’re struggling with this is because we weren’t professionally trained in the coaching process. 

Most of us are trained in nutrition, intuitive eating, health at every size… whatever your specialty may be. However, what we didn’t get from our professional training was the one thing we need to help our clients succeed. That “thing” is the Coaching Process.

The Coaching Process is non-specific to food and body struggles. Which is great, because you can use it to coach your client through ANY challenge.
