Being stuck in diet culture takes away our power and it's time we claim it back, sister!

You see, it's estimated that by the time most women hit their 45th birthday, statistically speaking, we've tried 61 diets, plans, programs, detoxes, cleanses, meal plans, regime, an eating system in a continual, unending battle to shrink our body and hopefully, change our life. That's the equivalent of 31 years obsessing about changing your life via changing your body. Spinning in a circle being the victim of diet culture.

We live in a patriarchal society that enforces beauty ideals as a way to keep women busy and unable to achieve real economic and political power. Think I’m kidding? Have you seen the statistics on wage disparity and representation in government for women? You may have been very busy dieting and chasing after the false currency of beauty and not noticed, so I’m telling you now: many people benefit when women keep hating their bodies. The diet and beauty industries are the greatest beneficiaries of this system.

There's a way out of this mess. For that, we need to take back our power from patriarchy, reconnect to our innate female power, and say enough!

Introducing... Conquer and Thrive

aAn exclusive program combining one-on-one and group coaching with holistic & science-based techniques. Grounded in feminist principles to teach you step by step how to get away from fear and anxiety about your body and food to a confident woman you can be!

Conquer and Thrive is NOT a diet, detox or some kind new lifestyle. You've been there, done that… never again will you let someone else tell you what to do with your body. Instead, you learn the tools to coach yourself through any situation in your life including your health and body.

It’s about becoming the boss of yourself day in and day out.

In this experiential program, you work closely with me as your coach and teacher and get my individualized expertise and guidance. You also get the incredible opportunity to learn from witnessing the journey of other women who are on this journey with you.

Please note once we open the application process, we move forward with a "first come first serve" approach. If you know this program is for you we highly recommend you move very quickly. With less than 5 spots yearly, this program usually sell-out very quickly.

Month 1

Conquer Your Mind 

Working 1-1 with Stephanie,  you'll learn to master your mind so that you can create confidence & deep trust in yourself.  Diet Brain is no longer welcome. You'll learn our self-coaching mindset framework. Be the boss of your mind!

Month 2

Conquer Food 

Working 1-1 with Stephanie,  you'll learn the intuitive eating framework. Leave food obsession behind and embrace food freedom. Restore a healthy relationship with food and leave behind dieting, overeating, and emotional eating. Be the boss of food again!

Month 3

Conquer Your Body Image

Working 1-1 with Stephanie, you'll learn to make peace with your current body... unconditionally.  Using body neutrality as our unique framework, you'll liberate yourself the expectations that as a woman you are your body to using and caring for your body as your best friend. 

Month 4

The Undiet Life

Working 1-1 with Stephanie, you'll learn how to master intuitive eating, body neutrality and self-coaching to undiet your whole life. Set new undieted  goals and refocus your energy, time and resources to what really matters in your life.  

Month 5-12

Thrive 

Working within a group setting (Inside Undiet Your Life School), you'll practice the learnings from the past 4 months. As you learn to live an undieted life, you'll get the support of the Undiet Your Life Coaching team while being embraced by an amazing group of women on the same journey as you.

What’s My Investment?

What's Included In Conquer & Thrive....

One-on-One Coaching

Private coaching 1-1 with Stephanie weekly for the first 4 months.  Then move to monthly 1-1 private coaching session with Stephanie and bi-monthly.. Sessions are 50 minutes and scheduled Wednesday or Thursday between 9-5 pm EST.

Constant  Support

You'll never be alone... we've got you! Access support & coaching as needed. During the first 4 months you'll meet with Stephanie weekly and have access to her between session via Voxer.  From month 5 forward, you'll get access to on demand coaching via email, weekly group coaching call via Undiet Your Life School program.

Accountability

During the first 4 months, you'll get the privilege to be supported in your accountability directly by Stephanie. Month 5 forward, you'll have weekly group coaching calls, Coach Corner and other elements of Undiet Your Life School to maintain accountability.

Resources Library

Access to the complete library of educational videos, audio training, workbooks and private podcast within Undiet Your Life School. Stephanie will customize a step-by -step learning plan based on your personal needs and goals.

A full year of coaching 

You spend the first 4 months in weekly 1-1 private session with Stephanie. Thereafter, you will check-in with Stephanie monthly and bi-monthly 1-1. From month 5 forward  you will also be included within the group coaching structure for on going support as you learn to live an undieted life!

Individualized Strategy
Stephanie will create a customized strategy for you to undiet your life based on your personal history. You will complete an in-depth assessment process that willl drive the customiztion of the Going Beyond The Food Method™️ for your individual needs ensuring your success.

Step 2 - Interview

Stephanie review the application and women selected will be contacted to book an interview time. We will spend time making sure this program is the right fit for you and that I'm the right coach for you. If we agree, you make the payment and we get started.

Step 3 - Get Started

My assistant will reach out to you to get your appointment booked and give you access code to our online learning platform. Work begins!
