Being stuck in diet culture takes away our power and it's time we claim it back, sister!

You see, it's estimated that by the time most women hit their 45th birthday, statistically speaking, we've tried 61 diets, plans, programs, detoxes, cleanses, meal plans, regime, an eating system in a continual, unending battle to shrink our body and hopefully, change our life. That's the equivalent of 31 years obsessing about changing your life via changing your body. Spinning in a circle being the victim of diet culture.

We live in a patriarchal society that enforces beauty ideals as a way to keep women busy and unable to achieve real economic and political power. Think I’m kidding? Have you seen the statistics on wage disparity and representation in government for women? You may have been very busy dieting and chasing after the false currency of beauty and not noticed, so I’m telling you now: many people benefit when women keep hating their bodies. The diet and beauty industries are the greatest beneficiaries of this system.

There's a way out of this mess. For that, we need to take back our power from patriarchy, reconnect to our innate female power, and say enough!

Introducing... Conquer and Thrive

A six-month, exclusive program combining group and one-on-one coaching with holistic & science-based techniques. Grounded in feminist principles to teach you step by step how to get from fear and anxiety about your body and food to a confident woman you can be!

Conquer and Thrive is NOT a diet, detox or some kind new lifestyle. You've been there, done that… never again will you let someone else tell you what to do with your body. Instead, you learn the tools to coach yourself through any situation in your life including your health and body.

It’s about becoming the boss of yourself day in and day out.

In this experiential program, you work closely with me as your coach and teacher and get my individualized expertise and guidance. You also get the incredible opportunity to learn from witnessing the coaching and deep work of a small hand-picked group of other women who are on this journey with you.

Month 1

Conquer Your Mind 

The most important aspect of a feminist journey is to take back control of our minds. Our thoughts create our feelings and reality. Diet Brain is no longer welcome. You'll learn to self- coach so that you can create empowering thoughts and reality.  

Month 2

Conquer Food & Diet

The Intuitive Eating framework you'll learn to implement is focused on making you the boss of you when it comes to food. Restore a healthy relationship with food and leave behind dieting, overeating, and emotional eating. Trade dieting for food freedom.

Month 3

Conquer Your Emotions

Becoming emotional intelligent is the only way to shift from being the victim of your emotions and to using your emotions as guides for your life. Shift from anxiety & fear to confidence and empowered.

Month 4

Thrive in Your body

To thrive in your body, you must be at peace with it, but feeling pretty isn’t required. Using Body Neutrality as our framework we will build an empowering relationship with your body, grounded in compassion and self-care.

Month 5

Thrive in Your Health

A flourishing health beyond dieting and weight is possible. The Going Beyond The Food Health Matrix is a weight-neutral holistic approach to health. You'll learn how to chase health instead of weight loss so you can flourish and feel better on your own terms... unconditionally.

Month 6

Thrive with Yourself

How we relate to food is how we relate to ourselves. Expand your relationship with yourself grounded in trust and respect towards your own wisdom.  Embody self-love by being in your power as a woman so that you can impact the world around you. Lead by being.
