We all love desserts, but if you’re trying to live a healthy lifestyle, aren’t you supposed to avoid sweet treats? Some “health-conscious” people avoid them like the plague! The good news is, you don’t have to! I’m about to give you healthy dessert recipes so you can indulge in delicious sweet treats without guilt or worry.
I don’t believe in a “diet,” but rather in a food lifestyle that allows us to change our relationship with food to gain health and balance in our body, which will, in turn, shed the unnecessary weight. When we choose to change our food lifestyle and engage in a healthy journey, we can’t do this from a place of deprivation, but from a place of love, joy, and nourishment. Food IS love, love for our physical body, as well as our mental and spiritual body.
I created these healthy dessert recipes with my clients in mind. They are people who are just like you and me.
I want people, myself included, to be able to enjoy any social events, holidays, celebrations with families and friends, all while respecting their food lifestyle choices. You don’t have to deprive yourself of the “good stuff.” You simply need to “healthify” your favorite treats so you can eat them without guilt and without any adverse effects to your body. These recipes contain no gluten, dairy, refined sugar, and grain. They are all made strictly from real food. (Food that Mother Nature created for us to eat.)
So enjoy these sweet treats!
